I purchased this at the Orange Farmers market last weekend. The texture and the flavors are exceptional. This will become your new favorite ricotta. I am a dairy cheese lover who is looking to reduce cholesterol so I am trying out vegan cheeses. This black garlic ricotta is so good, I don't miss the dairy version.
