Very Creamy

This is an amazing product. Silky, creamy, luscious. I've never had dairy ricotta, so I can't compare, but I love this product. I spread a thin layer on a piece of toast, then drizzle a little honey-ginger balsamic vinegar. OMG! It's the best!
