Choose a date
When placing the order please select your preffered pickup location.

Cut-Off time

In order for our team to get your order ready, we have a cut-off time for different days of the week. Here's the schedule:

• Pickup order on Wednesday - place order by Monday 11:45PM

• Pickup on Friday: Place order by Wednesday 11:45PM

• Pickup Saturday & Sunday: Place order by Thursday 11:45PM.

Orders after 11:45PM are moved to the following week.

Details about Pickup

Due to the perishable nature of the product, orders must be picked up on the date and market selected. If order is not claimed on the select date, a credit store will be issued within 2-5 days.

Order must be pickup at double batch booth only. Farmers Markets/Events Organizers are not responsible for any part of the process.

If you can't make it to the market, please contact double batch 24 hours prior so we can accomodate some changes.

As of September of 2022, double batch offers Cold Shipping to Arizona, California, Colorado, Utah, Oregon and Washigton.

Online orders will be colected and first shipping round is scheduled for October 17th and 18th.

Shipping orders will be processed every week starting on October 17th.

Our team deliveries weekly (Wednesdays and/or Thursdays) around San Diego area within 80 miles range from our facility located at Imperial Beach.

Los Angeles delivery will be available soon!

For safety reasons, food items cannot be returned. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, double batch creamery will send a new order, refund purchase or issue a store credit with the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges, within 30 days of the purchase.
