Smoked Gouda with Bacon

September Special arriving in big style!

The first cheese of our Trio Wax Collection is a delectable woodsy cheese, cold smoked in-house with Cherry Wood pallets adding not only a mild charred aroma but also fruity ending notes. For the plant-based Bacon, we selected the small business, Louisville Vegan Toppins' - this bacon bits bring out a perfect texture! To complete the look of this doublebatch exclusive, our cheesemakers hand-dipped each block into golden dark yellow wax, creating a shining coat which will immediately elevate any cheese platter. 

Each cheese is different and unique due to the waxing done individually - no animal bristles allowed in our vegan facility! ;)
