🛒 South Pasadena Thursday pickup - Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 5 PM. Market Hours: 4pm to 8pm.

🛒 Mar Vista & Hollywood Sunday pickup - Orders must be placed by Friday at 5 PM. Market hours: Mar Vista 9am to 2pm / Hollywood 8am to 1pm.

Pick-up Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled up to 24h prior pickup day. Orders not picked up on selected dates are moved to following Thursday/Sunday. If not claimed after 2 weeks, returns are not available and customer will receive a store credit.

While we've got a stellar track record for showing up (cue the victory dance) doublebatch reserves the right to miss a market without notice. Don't worry — we'll be back soon, and your favorite cheese will too.

Cold Shipping:
Our team packs in-house every order individually to assure that your perishable cheese box contains enough ice packs (according to total order weight) and dry ice when needed.

Cold Shipping Box includes:
Leakproof and reusable cold packs, triple-layer protection box liner with a leak resistant cushion and dry ice with frozen items, reinforced tamper-resistant shipping tape. Package must be opened and refrigerated upon delivery.

Orders are processed by our team within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the confirmation email.

Returns: For safety reasons, food items cannot be returned. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, doublebatch  plant creamery will work on finding a suitable fix.
