To uphold cheese spread quality, refrigerate it promptly, consume within 7-14 days of opening, store it in an airtight container to prevent moisture absorption.

Cold Shipping:
Our team packs in-house every order individually to assure that your perishable cheese box contains enough ice packs (according to total order weight) and dry ice when needed.

Cold Shipping Box includes:
Leakproof and reusable cold packs, triple-layer protection box liner with a leak resistant cushion and dry ice with frozen items, reinforced tamper-resistant shipping tape. Package must be opened and refrigerated upon delivery.

Orders are processed by our team within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the confirmation email.

Returns: For safety reasons, food items cannot be returned. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, doublebatch  plant creamery will work on finding a suitable fix.
