Cheese Care

To uphold cheese spread quality, refrigerate it promptly, consume within 7-10 days of opening, store it in an airtight container to prevent moisture absorption.

Farmers Markets Pick Up

Select the market and date of your preference when shopping your items. This is a pre-paid order, you will claim your purchase at doublebatch booth only (not at market info booth).

🛒 South Pasadena Thursday pickup - Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 5 PM. Market Hours: 4pm to 8pm.

🛒 Mar Vista & Hollywood Sunday pickup - Orders must be placed by Friday at 5 PM. Market hours: Mar Vista 9am to 2pm / Hollywood 8am to 1pm.

Pick-up Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled up to 24h prior pickup day. Orders not picked up on selected dates are moved to following Thursday/Sunday. If not claimed after 2 weeks, returns are not available and customer will receive a store credit.

While we've got a stellar track record for showing up (cue the victory dance) doublebatch reserves the right to miss a market without notice. Don't worry — we'll be back soon, and your favorite cheese will too.

How Shipping Works

🛒 Cut off for Tuesday Shipping: Sunday 8PM.

Cold Shipping:
Our team packs in-house every order individually to assure that your perishable cheese box contains enough ice packs (according to total order weight) and dry ice when needed.

Cold Shipping Box includes:
Leakproof and reusable cold packs, triple-layer protection box liner with a leak resistant cushion and dry ice with frozen items, reinforced tamper-resistant shipping tape. Package must be opened and refrigerated upon delivery.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed by our team within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the confirmation email.

Returns: For safety reasons, food items cannot be returned. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, doublebatch plant creamery will work on finding a suitable fix. Weather is sending a new order, refund purchase or issue a store credit with the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges, within 30 days of the purchase.
