Our stunning Equinox-inspired log cheese is back.

The floral and herbaceous coating is an in-house blend created by our chef using delicate petals of Marigold, Rose, Calendula, Cornflower combined with Pink Peppercorn, Dill, Black Pepper, Paprika, Oregano. Our cheesemongers carefully hand-rubbed each log individually to ensure its perfection. 

It boosts a creamy and silky texture from cultured cashews, highlighting the complex funky, savory, umami flavor of a rich in probiotic superfood.
